Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to respondent No.5. 3.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue a Writ, order or Orders more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 4th respondent in not considering representations dated 09.08.2016, 01.10.2016 and 24.11.2016 consequently of the petitioner and further contemplating to change the entries in Revenue records i.e, Andangals and Pahani covered by Sy.No.74-31 of Talavayipadu village, Pellakur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District without following any procedure prescribed under A P Pattadar Pass Book Act 1971 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct 4th respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by enquiring into the matter with regard to interference of the 5th Respondent."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 24.11.2016 made by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Mandal Revenue Officer to hear the petitioner and also the unofficial respondent before effecting any changes in the revenue records i.e, Andangals and Pahani covered by Sy.No.74-31 of Talavayipadu village, Pellakur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, if not already made and shall deal with the representation dated 24.11.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
