Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao, learned Assistant Solicitor General. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of writ petition, respondents have reviewed the matter and restored the pension of the petitioner vide proceedings dt.21.10.2010. Once impugned order is reviewed and fresh proceedings are issued restoring the pension of the petitioner, the respondents are bound to implement the same.
Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
