ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, Sri P.Sudheer Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3, 4 and 6 and Sri Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the notification dated 01.07.2019 issued by the 5th respondent calling for objections with respect to division of wards in terms of G.O.Rt.No.459, dated 29.06.2019, the petitioner has submitted objections on 02.07.2019 and on 05.07.2019, but, so far, no orders have been passed by the respondents. In view of the fact that the petitioner had submitted objections to the respondents on 02.07.2019 and on 05.07.2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the said objections and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. No costs.
