This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.149 of 2013, against the petitioners, who are A1 and A2, on the file of the Station House Officer, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad City dated 16.11.2018 stating that the case has been referred as 'Civil in Nature' and a final report is filed before the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 30, 2018 DSK
