This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, assailing the order, dated 02.09.2014, of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, passed in I.A.No.560 of 2014 in O.S.No.145 of 2005.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the suit itself is dismissed on 23.02.2015 as settled out of Court.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
