The present writ petition has been filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's subject property as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondents are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner's property which is in Survey No.269 of Mallampet Village and that the Government land is situated in Survey No.36 of Bollaram Village. It has also been stated that the petitioner, under the guise of a sale deed pertaining to Survey No.269, is trying to encroach into the land in Survey No.36. The aforesaid submission is recorded and the respondents are directed not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the land in Survey No.269. However, the respondents are free to protect the land in Survey No.36 and take necessary

action in accordance with law, if the petitioner is trying to encroach the land in Survey No.36.
