After the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner are heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition by seeking liberty to file an appropriate proceeding, which the law permits.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
