HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20118 OF 2014 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the order of termination of contract and forfeiture of security deposit vide order No.T.I/93(1)/2012ZSTC/HPT, dt.26.06.2014. When the matter is listed for admission on 18.07.2014 this Court has not granted interim order as the respondent Corporation appointed new contractor, due to urgency, after termination of contract with the petitioner.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Corporation submits that by efflux of time, the contract period is over, as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Standing Counsel the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
