THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS C.C. No. 48 OF 2016 O R D E R : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This Contempt Case is instituted on the premises that the order dated 05.10.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No. 41801 of 2015 in Writ Petition No. 32349 of 2015 has been deliberately not implemented and complied with, whereas the learned Assistant Solicitor General has placed before us a copy of the communication dated 28.01.2016, complying with the said order. Therefore, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Contempt Case. Accordingly, it stands dismissed.

Learned Government Pleader for Services (Andhra Pradesh) requires us to observe that the disposal of this case today will not come in the way, in any manner, of pursuing the vacate stay petition(s) filed in the Writ Petition.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
