When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner.

A perusal of the record discloses that this Court granted interim orders on 12.06.2014 and 03.07.2014. In view of the said interim orders, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, if the results of the petitioners are not declared, the same may be declared in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
