THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16807 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a writ order direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 4 in sending police constables to the petitioner college asking the petitioner to sit in the police station, threatening the petitioner to settle the civil disputes alleged to have been pending between the petitioner's father and some third parties and interfering into the private life and liberty of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice, against the Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India."

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions dated 17.06.2015 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. The same is placed on record. A perusal of the said instructions would reveal that the petitioner herein has been arrayed as accused No.3 in Crime No.425 of 2015 for the offence under Section 420 I.P.C. on the file of L.B.Nagar Police Station registered on 08.04.2015. During the course of investigation, a notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. was issued to the petitioner on 20.04.2014 directing him to appear before the investigating agency. Except the issuance of said notice, the respondents-police have not interfered with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner.

Taking the said statement into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 27th NOVEMBER 2018.
