THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.14898 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 18.07.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.22908 of 2017 & batch.

Operative portion of the said order reads as under: "As the above interim orders itself cover the main relief of all these writ petitions, these Writ Petitions can be and accordingly disposed of with direction to the TSSPDCL Authorities to obtain undertaking affidavits and then conditionally release the power supply to the buildings of the petitioners, which is no doubt subject to compliance of all other statutory requirements by the petitioners and with the condition that in the event of refusal of grant of occupancy certificate by the concerned local Authorities viz. Panchayat or Municipality or Municipal Corporation or other Authorities as the case may be within a prescribed period, the respondents withdraw the power supply, without any need of even prior notice for such withdrawal being the conditional one".

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. Office to enclose a copy of the common order, dated 18.07.2017, in W.P.No.22908 of 2017 & batch.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
