ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to relax the condition imposed by the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad dated 13.5.2022 in Criminal Petition No.425 of o 2022 in CC No.2964 of 2022, wherein the learned Judge, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall not leave jurisdiction of the court without permission of the court. 2.

Heard Sri N.Naveen Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel appearing for respondent and perused the record.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are falsely implicated in this case and that the petitioners are permanent residents Mirylaguda of Nalgonda District and they are having fixed abodes and businesses, which does not fall within the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Further, in view of the said condition, the petitioners

are facing hardship and and prayed the court to relax the condition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the petition. 5.

Upon hearing both sides this court deems fit to direct the petitioners to file the petition before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, and seek for relaxation of the condition, who imposed the condition. Upon filing of such application, the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad is directed to dispose of the said application within one week.
