HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI W.P. No. 262 of 2015 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in trying to demolish the petitioners' house property bearing D.Nos. 26-21-66/ 1 and 26-21-66 situated at G.T.Road, Nagarampalem, Guntur without acquiring the same under Section 147 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the understanding reached between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent - Corporation that they would be given T.D.R. points, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
