HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37588 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not granting due protection to the petitioner's property bearing No.7-1-560 to 564 situated at Station Road, Market Street, Secunderabd in pursuant to the petitioner's representation, dated 21.10.2016, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's premises.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The case of the petitioner is that he filed representation, dated 21.10.2016, before the Station House Officer, Market Police Station, Secunderabad - 3rd respondent to provide police protection to the private family trust temple in premises bearing No.7-1-560 to 546, situated in Market Road, Secunderbad, but, the respondents are not passing any orders on the representation made by him. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 21.10.2016, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
