Sri K. Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to question the amendment of Section 4(4) of Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) (Amendment) Act, 2012 (for short 'the Amendment Act'). He has also filed a letter dated 1902-2015 to that effect. Permission is accorded, and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the petitioner to question the Amendment Act.
