This writ petition was filed assailing the notice issued under Section 7 of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905. It is for the petitioner to respond to the said notice and put forth his case. At this stage, no interference is called for by this Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
