HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4987 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/A5 and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The petitioner is A.5 in crime No.33 of 2018 of Monapad Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 384 & 120-B IPC.

It is the contention of the petitioner that it is a false accusation and he is innocent and there are no ingredients that attract. Undisputedly this Court another Bench by elaborate order dated 23.03.2018 in Crl.P.No.3059 of 2018 filed by the petitioner observed that he is not entitled to the concession of bail and it is not fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Therefore there is nothing for this Court to grant the concession of anticipatory, however it will not prejudice to any remedy to seek for regular bail.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
