HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.4247 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioners-A.1 to A.3 to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.67 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rein Bazar(pending on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,324 and 506 read with 34 of I.P.C. on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant.

2. Pending disposal of the criminal petition, both the parties filed a petition in Crl.P.M.P.Nos.4546 and 4547 of 2015 seeking the Court to permit them to enter into compromise to compound the offences by virtue of their compromise and today present before the Court and stated that they have settled disputes between them and want to purchase peace and the said petition is allowed permitting to compound the offences in view of their compromise in the interest of justice.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings in Cr.No.67 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rein Bazar (pending on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad), are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
