THE HONB'E SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1762 OF 2015 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 09.04.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.10081 of 2015. Order dated 09.04.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10081 of 2015 is to the effect that the counter-affidavit has not been filed inspite of the time having been granted in terms of the order dated 24.12.2013 passed by this Court in earlier Writ Petition No.33317 of 2013. This Court while disposing of the earlier Writ Petition directed the respondents 2 to 4 therein to file their specific affidavit stating that the steps have been taken by them with respect to the order dated 24.12.2013, passed by this Court in W.P.No.33317 of 2013. Such affidavit shall be filed on or before 27.04.2015, failing which the 2nd respondent therein shall be present in the Court on 01.05.2015 at 1.30 p.m.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that as directed by this Court, counter-affidavit has been filed on 27.04.2015. Inasmuch as the counter-affidavit has been filed, there is no contempt case in the case. Accordingly, so far as this contempt case is concerned, the same is closed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to urge all the points which the petitioner seeks to urge in the main Writ Petition No.10081 of 2015 including by filing a reply affidavit.
