HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.15219 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner challenged the proceedings dated 08-02-2017 in Rc.No.HR/4217/2011, dated 08-02-2017 issued by the 3rd respondent, wherein and whereby his services as Technical Assistant were terminated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner filed appeal before the 2nd respondent on 15-06-2017 against the impugned order and says that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal.

Heard Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
