Heard learned counsel for petitioners/A1 to A8 and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Leave apart investigation is not yet completed from registration of the crime No.8 of 2018 dated 18.01.2018 by Molakalacheruvu Police Station, Chittoor District, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 506, 323 r/w 34 IPC against the petitioners, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, but for to seek for regular bail on showing the offence under Section 306 IPC no way attracts if any. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
