The Court made the following :

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :

" .. to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the order passed by the respondents dated 72-2009, 27-2-2009 and 27-2-2009 made in Rc.No.33/2009(A) in seizing stock and suspending the dealership temporarily without assigning reasons or giving an opportunity or notice to the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal, violative of the principles of natural justice, contrary to the A.P. State PDS (Control) Order 2001, violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and consequently set-aside the same ..."

At the hearing, Mr. Srinivas Basava, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, interim

order dated 19-3-2009 is vacated and WPMP No.7399 of 2009 is disposed of.
