Easgaon' in the prayer and order dated 28.08.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.7212 of 2025. Heard Mr. D. Pochaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner through video conference.

In view of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, I.A.No.2 of 2026 is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
