THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No. 66 OF 2016 O R D E R:

This Company Petition is filed seeking winding up of the respondent company for its inability to discharge the liability towards the petitioner company.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on both sides would submit that the matter has been settled amicably outside the Court. The respondent company has also filed a memo dated 17.08.2016 enclosing thereto the copy of the settlement agreement, bringing to the notice of this Court the terms on which the compromise has been worked out between the parties. The said memo is taken on record.

The Company Petition therefore, stands closed in terms of the memo of compromise. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand closed.
