This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/son, to quash the order, dated 19.03.2018, passed in Crl.R.P.No.7 of 2017, by the Family Court-cumAdditional District Judge at Nizamabad, whereby, the order, dated 02.01.2017, passed in M.C.No.29 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bodhan, granting monthly maintenance of Rs.3,000/- in favour of the 2nd respondent herein/father, was confirmed. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/son, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

I have gone through the order passed by the trial Court in M.C.No.29 of 2015. The maintenance granted by the trial Court is based on evidence on record. The Court below confirmed the said order in Revision. Both the Courts below have appreciated the facts and circumstances of the case in right perspective and passed reasoned orders. There is nothing to take a different view. There is no miscarriage of justice. The Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. 4.
