HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL W.P.No.21582 of 2007 ORDER:

This Writ petition is filed in the year 2007 by the writ petitioner seeking this court intervention to quash the order passed by the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad in MP.No.35 of 2004 wherein his claim from back wages from 06-07.1992 to 19.08.1995 was not allowed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Vasudeva Reddy submits that the writ petitioner is entitled to back wages as per law and therefore seeks intervention of this Court to consider the prayer of the writ petitioner in the interests of justice.

On the other hand, Mr.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.Thoom Srinivas, learned counsel for respondent submits that the award passed by the Labour court-II, Hyderabad in MP.No.35 of 2004 is appropriate in terms of law, reasonable and therefore submits that the intervention of this Court is not desirable.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsels considering the merits and facts, this court is not inclined to interfere with the orders passed by the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad.

Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand dismissed.
