THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.25269 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Court already issued interim direction directing the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad to dispose of M.P.No.54 of 2013 within a period of two (2) months from the date of that order. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the main Writ Petition. It is also stated that M.P.No.54 of 2013 pending before the Court below was already reached the stage of final hearing.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad to dispose of M.P.No.54 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two (2) months from today. There shall be no order as to costs.
