HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.3365 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The grievance of the petitioners is that though the learned District Judge, Kurnool called for the C.D. file in Cr.No.215 of 2014 in respect of Crl.P.No.111 of 2015 filed by the petitioners, the same is not being sent by the 3rd respondent in spite of adjourning the matter for six times on that ground. The present writ petition is therefore filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to send C.D. file to the learned District Judge, Kurnool.

On instructions, the learned Government Pleader submits that the requisite C.D. file is already handed over to the learned Public Prosecutor attached to the Court of I Additional District Judge, Kurnool, on 17-02-2015.

In view of the said statement, therefore, the grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
