HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6706 of 2021 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) seeking quashing of proceedings in M.P.No.220 of 2020 filed in M.P.No.150 of 2016 in M.C.No.88 of 2015 on the file of Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, at Secunderabad, under Section 127(1) of Code of Criminal Procedure. During the course of arguments, the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the learned Judge, Family Court to dispose of the main M.C.No.88 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

In the light of the submission made, the criminal petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to dispose of the M.C.No.88 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
