THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3775 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.125 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Patancheru Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
