This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in not taking action against respondent No.5 basing on the complaints lodged by petitioner dated 27-07-2019 and 05-082019. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions and relevant paras of the same reads as under:

"It is submitted that after receipt of above complaint, GD entry was made and addressed a letter to the Judl. Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar on 30.7.2019 to accord permission to investigate the case. That the learned magistrate accorded permission on 14.8.2019 to investigate the case.

It is submitted that after obtaining permission from the learned magistrate, registered a petty case vide Consecutive No.101/2019, U/s.504 IPC of Huzurnagar P.S. and during the course of investigation examined Lw's 1 to 4 and recorded their statements and Notice U/s.41(a) (3) Cr.P.C. was served to Jinkala Saidulu on 14.8.2019. The case is under investigation."
