The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has submitted an application to 3rd respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed to him on 29.02.2016 and 3rd respondent had not passed any orders thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 3rd respondent will consider the application of petitioner and pass orders thereon within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider the application of petitioner and pass orders thereon within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate its decision to petitioner thereon. No order as to costs.
