No.172 of 2024 instead of C.O.R. No.172 of 2025 in the order dated 23.06.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.7176 of 2025 and also extend the time to surrender. Unless the above said typographical mistake is rectified, the petitioner will be put to great hardship.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 23.06.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.7176 of 2025 is modified to the extent that "C.O.R.No.172 of 2024" instead of 'C.O.R.No.172 of 2025', wherever it appears in the order, and the petitioner/accused No.4 is directed to surrender before the Prohibition and Excise Station House Officer, Uppal, Medchal District, on or before 07.07.2025. The other conditions remain unaltered except above.
