The Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of Respondents 3 to 5 in issuing the lay out permission dated 01.05.2019, over an extent of Acs.24.71 guntas in Survey Nos. 173/P, 174/P, 175/P, 179/P, 213/P, situated at Keesara Dayara Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, without sub-division of protective tenants under 38-E Certificate owners of entire land in an extent of Acs.94.02 guntas, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority.

In the light of the order passed today in Writ Petition No. 14907 of 2019, the petitioners are given liberty to file their claim / objections before the 5th respondent, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law.
