HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.2761 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner states that he made an application before the 1st respondent on 31-01-2015 seeking extension of parole for four months. Since no orders are passed by the 1st respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home has submitted that the petitioner's request for extension of parole was rejected by the 1st respondent on 13-02-2015.

However, the said communication appears to have not been received by the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader shall therefore serve the petitioner the said communication to enable him to take appropriate steps.

Since this court already granted parole upto 15-03-2015, the petitioner is at liberty to take further steps, sofaras the rejection of parole is concerned.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
