The present appeal is listed today for dismissal, as the appellant/wife had absented herself on the last date of hearing, but her previous counsel Mr. V.R. Machavaram had appeared to state that she had taken the brief back from him much earlier. He submits today that he had telephonically contacted the appellant even as recently as on 19.06.2021 and informed her of the next date of hearing and she said that she will take steps to engage a counsel, who will appear on her behalf today. Despite that, none is present on behalf of the appellant.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal, which is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
