THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRPMP.No.3243 of 2015 in CRP.No.4319 of 2014 And CRP.No.4319 of 2014 ORDER :

CRP.MP.No.3243 of 2015 is filed under Order 23 Rule 3 C.P.C. to record the compromise between petitioner and 1st respondent herein.

2. Both the revision petitioner and 1st respondent are present in the Court to-day and have been identified by their respective counsel, viz., Sri M. Bankatlal, counsel for petitioner, and Sri Srikanth, representing Sri T. Surya Satish, counsel for 1st respondent.

The revision petitioner and 1st respondent have admitted that they have entered into the compromise annexed to this application with their free will and consent, and after understanding the terms thereof. After perusing the terms of compromise, I am satisfied that its terms are not contrary to law.

4. In this view of the matter, the CRP.MP.No.3243 of 2015 is allowed and CRP.No.4319 of 2014 is disposed of in terms of the compromise annexed to CRP.MP.No.3243 of 2015. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
