Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused herein on regular bail in connection with Crime No. 139 of2019 (original Crime No. 233 of 2019 by the Police Saifabad Station, Hyderabad) on the file of Central Crime Station Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offence U/Sec. 406, 420 IPC and Sec. 5 of TSPDFE Act 1999.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition filed herein, and the order of the High Court dated 12-09-2019 made in Crl.P. No. 4904, 5213 and 5279 of 2019, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T. Prasanna Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following; ORDER:
"This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P. No. 5279 of 2019, vide order dated 12-09-2019 to the effect that the .petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Court without prior permission.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.
In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit, fiIed in support of the application, the application is allowed relaxing the aforesaid condition and the same is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall not leave the territory of India without prior permission."
