Sri K.V.Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that owing to the subsequent developments the cause in this writ petition abated and seeks leave to withdraw the same reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh case, if warranted in relation to the subsequent developments.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.
