ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action on the complaints dated 28.09.2016, 13.12.2016 and 24.03.2017 filed by petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3.
Petitioner claims to be the co-owner and possessor of land to an extent of Acs.26.01 G in Sy.Nos.1 and 17 situated at Jalpally Village, Ranga Reddy District. He states that the 4th respondent is making constructions illegally over the small plot forming part of his land and causing much inconvenience to his family members and also the general public. Hence, he made complaints to the respondents, but no action has been taken thereon. 4.
Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for respondent No.1 submits that if the alleged constructions are made illegally and without valid permission, the respondents would take action against the concerned persons. 5.
In view of the submission of learned Government Pleader, I deem it appropriate to direct the official respondents to consider the complaints dated 28.09.2016, 13.12.2016 and 24.03.2017 filed by petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law against
RE, J W.P.No.12424 of 2017 the persons, who are making constructions illegally without valid permission, as expeditiously as possible.
