It is not in dispute that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common judgment of this Court in W.P.No.41703 of 2015 and batch, dated 23-12-2015.

Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of with similar directions, which reads as under:- "Since the 3rd respondent has jurisdiction to issue impugned notice, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. It is also clear that until appropriate orders are passed by the 3rd respondent in accordance with the A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act and Rules, the petitioner cannot be dispossessed.

Hence, the petitioner is permitted to file her explanation to the impugned show cause notice within two weeks from today and on receipt of such explanation, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and issue appropriate orders, as directed above.

Till then, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed or otherwise interfered with the land which is the subject matter of the impugned notice."
