ORDER

In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", none appears for the petitioner. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation submits that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
