O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-4 under section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner/A-4 in Crl.MP.No. 3553 of 2016, vide order dated 01/11//2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-IAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

2. Keeping in view the averments made in the said petition and submission of the counsel for the petitioner/A-4, I hereby modify the order dated 01/11/2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in Crl.MP.No. 3553 of 2016 by relaxing the condition and release the petitioner/A-4 on bail on executing a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- [Rs. Fifty Thousand only] each with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Paderu, Visakhapatnam district.

3. I hereby make it clear that all other conditions imposed by the I-Additional Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, shall remain in force for a period of three months or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 01/11/2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I-Additional Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in Crl.MP.No. 3553 of 2016 is modified to the extent indicated above.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
