HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.348 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the 3rd respondent in demolishing the compound wall and not constructing the compound wall towards West corner of the College premises of the 6th respondent and also not restoring the water supply and proposing to acquire the land of the play ground of the 6th respondent college without due process of law and without taking any permission or approval by the 1st respondent or by the 2nd and 4th respondents are under the provisions of under Sec.
145 of Municipal Corporations Act, and further may be pleased to direct the 3rd respondent to re-construct the compound wall towards west corner of the 6th respondent college premises and restore the water supply to the hostel of the 6th respondent college forthwith; and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the cases." At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent, Sri S.D. Goud, submit that on account of the subsequent developments, there is no requirement of further adjudication.
Recording the submission made by both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.Ps., if any, pending shall also stand closed.
