Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioners, dated 28-11-2014, the matter was enquired into and a case in FIR No.7 of 2015 was registered by the 3rd respondent.

In view of that, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
