HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION (TR).Nos.5880, 5881, 5882, 5898, 5899 of 2017 and W.P.Nos.38057 and 38104 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court in W.A.No.1592 of 2017 dated 07.11.2017.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and conceded for passing of similar order in the present writ petitions.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions, is of the considered view that these writ petitions can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the cases of petitioners for regularisation in terms of W.A.No.1592 of 2017 dated 07.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J Date: 26-03-2019 Prv
