THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 955 OF 2013 O R D E R:

Substantially the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3755 of 2013 on 08.02.2013 has been complied with by the respondents, though there was still some dispute with regard to a pathway. It would be appropriate for both the parties to work out an amicable settlement outside the Court to their satisfaction. Preserving that liberty, the Contempt Case is disposed of as no further orders are required to be passed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of.
