ORDER
Challenging the inaction of the respondents in registering the complaint dated 3.8.2016 of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on oral instructions, submits that no such complaint was received from the petitioner.
A perusal of the material papers filed along with the writ petition does not disclose any acknowledgment with regard to receipt of the complaint by the police.
In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the 4th respondent-Station House Officer, Talupula Police Station, Anantapuramu District, in person and lodge a complaint and on receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with law.
