ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the notice No.F/1809/2015, dt.17.7.2015, issued by the 2nd respondent, as arbitrary, illegal and without any power and consequently set aside the same and further direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the functioning of the petitioners 2 to 4 as Office Bearers of the 1st petitioner Union, Hyderabad."
At the hearing, Mr. Peri Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. Nos.30901 and 31625 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
